AFTER FINAL SELECTION ON THE BASIS OF TEST OR INTERVIEW THE CANDIDATE RECEIVES A CONTRACT LETTER FROM THE EMPLOYER AND CANDIDATE WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE
